We stand behind CENTURY Renew. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you're covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@centurymethod.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. Our team will reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method (banks typically take 5–10 business days to post it).

Returns

For most requests within the guarantee window, you do not need to ship bottles back. If a return is requested, we'll provide the return address:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@centurymethod.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
